What you need to use Keepmatic

  • QuickBooks Online for every client.

    Keepmatic connects via Intuit OAuth — required. We don't support QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, or other accounting platforms today.

  • A bookkeeper email your clients recognize.

    Follow-ups are sent from noreply@keepmatic.com with your address as reply-to, so client replies land in your inbox.

  • One of two supported document workflows per client:

    • Direct in QBO — receipts attached to expenses inside QuickBooks (manual upload or QBO mobile app).
    • External document tool — Hubdoc, Dext, Bill.com, Canopy, AutoEntry, or similar. Upload the monthly bank CSV; we use the QBO entries your tool creates as receipt evidence.
