1. About Keepmatic

Keepmatic (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”) is a bookkeeping automation platform that helps accounting professionals manage missing-document workflows for their clients. It connects to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online to retrieve financial transaction data and sends email communications via Resend on your behalf.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Keepmatic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@keepmatic.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Keepmatic only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to process data you are not authorised to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Keepmatic connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) using OAuth 2.0 to retrieve accounting data. Your use of that service is governed by Intuit’s terms. We request only the minimum permissions necessary: read access to accounting data. Outbound emails are sent via Resend from noreply@keepmatic.com. We do not store your QuickBooks password.

6. Data and Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Financial data retrieved from QuickBooks is used solely to generate missing-document reports and email drafts within your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reconciliation results will be completely accurate. You are responsible for verifying all financial data before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepmatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@keepmatic.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
